Toothless Grin Entertainment Ltd recognizes the importance of protecting any information collected from users and has adopted this privacy policy that guides how we gather, store, and use information from the use of Toothless Grin Entertainment Ltd products and website by users.

Advertising

Some of our games display advertisements through third-party ad networks and mediation platforms, including Google AdMob and Unity LevelPlay. To deliver and measure these ads, these networks may collect device identifiers (such as your device's advertising ID), approximate (coarse) location, and information about the ads you've seen or interacted with. On iOS, this only happens with your permission via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt; you can decline this at any time in your device settings. Where required (such as under GDPR), we present a consent form before any ad-related data is collected.

Match Morons does not display advertisements and does not contain any advertising software, and no advertising data is collected from it.

Data Collection by In-App Purchases (IAP)

For games that offer in-app purchases (currently Match Morons), the following types of data might be collected by the App Stores when a purchase is made:

• Transaction Data: Details about the purchases made, such as the item bought, price, and date of purchase. This is handled by your device's app store (e.g. the Apple App Store or Google Play).
• User Identifiers: To manage and verify purchases, identifiers such as the user's app store account information may be used, via the app store purchases are made from.
• Payment Information: Payment methods and related information are processed entirely by the app store; this information is not directly accessed by our games or Toothless Grin Entertainment.

Match Morons also uses Unity's In-App Purchasing service to process purchases. Through this service, Unity may collect the following data from your device: device or other identifiers, an anonymous user ID, and purchase history; approximate location and an email address, which are processed only transiently; and crash logs, app diagnostics and app performance data. This data is used for app functionality (to process and verify purchases) and for analytics. It is encrypted in transit, is not shared with third parties, and is not used for advertising.

Data Collected for In-Game Leaderboards

Some of our games include a public leaderboard feature, provided through Unity Gaming Services (UGS) Leaderboards. This service stores an anonymous, device-generated player ID, a display name you choose yourself, and your in-game score or level progress, for the purpose of displaying and managing leaderboards. Your chosen display name and score are visible to other players of the game. This data is not linked to your real-world identity, and we do not collect any sensitive personal data through this process.

Diagnostic and Performance Data

To help us find and fix bugs and keep our games running smoothly, our games may collect crash logs and performance data (such as launch time or crash frequency). This data is used solely to maintain and improve app functionality and is not linked to your identity.

Collection and Use of Information

As at the current policy revision date, the personal information Toothless Grin Entertainment collects is limited to what's described above — namely, device/advertising identifiers and approximate location (for games that show ads), device or other identifiers, an anonymous user ID and purchase history (for games with in-app purchases, such as Match Morons), an anonymous player ID and self-chosen display name (for games with leaderboards), and non-personal crash/performance data. We do not otherwise collect names or other directly identifying information, and we have no account system beyond the anonymous identifiers described above. Any email address or approximate location that our in-app purchase provider handles is processed only transiently, as described above.

Children Under The Age of 13

Toothless Grin Entertainment Ltd will not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from any person age 12 and under. Toothless Grin Entertainment Ltd encourages parents to instruct their children to never give out personal information when online.
